Upon reaching our base camp, we'll embark on a thrilling rafting adventure on the Río de las Vueltas. This approximately 6 km journey traverses through the Andean forest and culminates in the steppe, providing an awe-inspiring experience.
Following this, you'll have some leisure time to have lunch and explore the charming city, before we head back to El Calafate.

Embark on a comprehensive journey that commences as travellers are collected from their centrally situated accommodations in El Calafate. The voyage to El Chaltén typically spans about two and a half to three hours, reaching the destination approximately at 10:00 am.
Upon arrival in El Chaltén, travellers are afforded a free morning to discover the town, embark on a brief hike, and enjoy lunch.
By 1:30 pm, individuals should make their way to the primary base situated at Avenida San Martín 872, to equip themselves with the essential gear for the impending kayaking activity and to partake in the safety briefings crucial for the undertaking of the activity.
The kayaking escapade unfolds at 2:00 pm, venturing towards Laguna Cóndor. During this period, travellers will receive a rundown on the gear required for the kayaking excursion. The crossing spans 12 kilometers by kayak, immersing in the natural scenery that El Chaltén generously bestows. The guide, paddling in a separate kayak, not only guides but also provides assistance throughout the journey.
The activity concludes around 6:00 p.m., with a return to the Comarka base, where transportation will be on standby to escort the travellers back to El Calafate.
