The trek starts at the Electric River Bridge, where the trail gradually leads into the spectacular mountain scenery. Along the way, you will pass through lenga forests and discover the marks left by the ancient glaciers that shaped the valley.

As the hike continues, several of the massif’s impressive peaks come into view, including Saint-Exupéry, Poincenot, Mermoz, Guillaumet and Fitz Roy. These iconic summits accompany you along the trail toward one of the most memorable moments of the day.

When you reach Río Blanco, once a base camp for climbers, the most demanding part of the trek begins: the final ascent across the moraine. The route involves an approximate elevation gain of 900 meters, making this a challenging hike.

Your effort will be rewarded as Laguna de los Tres comes into view, framed by the immense granite walls and glaciers of Fitz Roy. This iconic Patagonian landscape is one of the finest places to appreciate the extraordinary scale of the massif.

After taking in the scenery and enjoying a well-deserved rest in this remarkable natural setting, we will begin the return journey, passing through the Laguna Capri area before arriving back at the starting point.
